• Built the Operator Portal — the system-of-record between 'work was done in the field' and 'the operator is paid and can see why.' Rails 8 API + React/TypeScript, RBAC across three roles, a pay & retainer engine with 4 payroll calculators and a full audit trail, support ticketing with atomic approval → pay line item. 400+ backend specs, Playwright E2E.
• Built an AI snow dispatch pipeline — Python + OpenAI that fetches emails from Microsoft Graph, transcribes voicemails, classifies complaints, fuzzy-matches customers to Airtable, and generates bilingual (EN/ES) dispatch notes. Eliminated all manual winter triage.
• Engineered a multi-service customer enrollment app with Stripe SubscriptionSchedule installments, Avalara real-time multi-jurisdiction tax, DocuSign pre-fill across 43 fields, and MongoDB audit snapshots — 21 system tests including a 16-matrix payment flow E2E run.
• Operate a production email platform dispatching 10,000+ emails per batch across 7 states — Sidekiq pipeline over 7 OptimoRoute accounts, Airtable bulk resolution, and Microsoft Graph OAuth2 throttled to Exchange Online limits.
• Provisioned a self-hosted Proxmox private cloud (5 production Debian VMs, Caddy, Cloudflare Tunnel, GitHub Actions CI/CD) with same-day deploys from a single git push; resolve production incidents across the whole stack.
